I specialize in therapy for pain relief, creating a customized treatment for every individual, blending massage and other techniques.

The type of massage used for pain relief will vary on your individual needs and preferences but may include Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Relaxation, and/or Deep Tissue Massage.

To maximize pain relieving benefits of massage therapy, CBD oils and creams can be added on to any massage.

Additional therapies that may be used to treat pain can include: Trigger Point Therapy, NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Massage gun, and MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation).
